A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Each package includes a specific number of professionally retouched images as outlined in the package description.
Additional retouched images: $15 per image
Text overlays (names, dates, phrases such as "VIRGO SZN"): $10 per image
Requests outside of this scope may be declined to maintain quality standards and turnaround timelines.
Turnaround times vary by package and begin after image selection from the proof gallery.
Final edited images are delivered according to the selected package, typically within 5–14 business days after image selection.
Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
Delays in image selection will result in delayed final delivery.
Rush delivery options may be available based on availability.
Rush delivery is subject to availability and must be added at booking or requested separately.
Added at booking or within 24 hours:
Priority Editing (3–5 business days): $75
Express Editing (24–48 hours): $150
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
After 15 minutes, the session will continue with the remaining scheduled time.
Additional time may be purchased, if available.
After 30 minutes without communication, the session is considered forfeited.
A no-show is defined as failure to arrive for a scheduled session without prior communication.
If a client has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not contacted the studio, the session is considered a no-show.
The session will be marked as fulfilled and will not be rescheduled.
In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged 50% of the remaining balance to compensate for lost time, preparation, and scheduling disruption.
For sessions requiring travel, no-shows result in forfeiture of the retainer and any applicable travel fees.
Rebooking after a no-show requires a new retainer and is subject to availability.
Reschedules requested 48+ hours in advance: No fee
Reschedules within 24–48 hours: $50 fee
Same-day reschedule requests: Remaining balance required to reschedule
Second reschedule: Remaining balance due upfront; session rescheduled to a non-working day (Monday–Wednesday).
Third reschedule: New retainer required.
Exceptions may be made for maternity-related complications or documented health concerns.
Guests: Up to 2 guests are permitted. Guests must not interfere with the session.
Underage Clients: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Props: Clients are responsible for outside props unless discussed in advance. Limited studio props are available.
Prohibited Items: Glitter, confetti, or messy materials are not permitted in the studio.
